Instrument cluster gauge problem not fuse or relay . GM had bad stepper motor's inside the cluster that drives the gauges . 2003 to 2006 . You have to have it sent out to be fixed , unless you know how to solder electronic componets.

page 5-12 shows you where the fusebox is under-the-hood. you want this one vs the other one inside the passenger compartment.

goto page 5-100 for the diagram of the fuse locations. you should also have this same diagram printed on the fusebox cover.

fuel pump fuse is postion #2 on that diagram
fuel pump relay is next to the horn relay

Means--Blower Motor Relay Control Circuit Low or High....
Visually inspect the relay and connection for damage.
Visually inspect the instrument panel fuse block for damage.
Check for poor connection at the BCM (Body Control Module).

its in the under the hood fuse block,right in front the of the battery,its labeled on the inside of the fuse block cover,,,relay prob good, prob bad fan motor

should be a fuse in the fuse block inside the car on the passenger side by the radio area pull off that panel and there is a fuse block there

I have a 2005 relay. The instrument panel on that model is inside the glove compartment where you will find a detachable panel leading to the fuses.
