I want to turn the oil lite off and service engine lite

The reset button for the oil change lite is under the love box on the front of the black under dash cover. You will need something like a stick style pen (bic/ tm). Poke into the hole and feel for a push button, you can feel it click. Turn the ignition switch on so you can see the light on. Push and hold the switch until the light goes out. Do this after you change the oil of course. If the check engine light does not to out as well, you need to use a code reader to find out what is wrong and be able to reset this one.

You need to reset the oil lite with an oil change or add oil. As for the check engine lite being on you need to read the codes and see why it is on then the repair facility will reset the lite. They come on for a reason.
