The same way you took it apart. put a little grease around the rubber seals so they will slide in easier. just tap on the fuel rail while lightly tapping it into place.

How can I remove the fuel injectors?

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable with a socket wrench and relieve the fuel system pressure. Disconnect the vacuum hose and remove the intake manifold collector from the fuel pressure regulator.
  2. Detach the fuel hoses from the fuel rail with a socket wrench and disconnect the fuel injector electrical connectors. Remove the fuel rail mounting bolts with a socket wrench so you can separate the fuel rail assembly from the intake manifold with the fuel injectors still attached.
  3. Push on the fuel injector tail piece to separate the injector from the rail. Discard the fuel injector O-rings.
  4. Lubricate the new O-rings with a small amount of clean engine oil and install the new fuel injector by reversing the removal procedure. Use a torque wrench to tighten the fuel rail mounting bolts in two stages. First, torque the bolts to between 84 and 96 inch pounds and then torque them to between 15 and 20 foot pounds

ok now before you start disconnect the negative battery cable then relieve the fuel pressure by opening the gas cap, then remove the valve cover, then the throttle body, remove the two clamps then disconnect the wire harness from the intake manifold, then the four injectors connectors from the injectors, then remove the engine wire protector from the right side of the intake manifold, remove the EGR valve and the EGR valve pipe, remove the top fitting on the fuel filter and remove the fuel line from the fuel filter, move the brake booster vacuum hose from the intake manifold disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail, remove the fuel rail bolts, then remove the fuel injectors from the fuel rail, and when replacing the injectors always put new seals because the get hard and may not seal properly

Fuel injector reeplacement

you don`t say what motor is in this so here is a basic procedure, find the fuel rail where the fuel lines connect to at the intake manifold.disconnect the fuel lines(be carefull you could get gas in your eyes from fuel spray or start a fire due to hot engine)these lines have high pressure fuel in them.look at the fuel rails to see what all is in the way to remove them and remove interferance items.remove the bolts that hold the rails to the intake manifold, gently lift wiggle the fuel rails and you may have to pry up on the rails in places to get them to come out with the injectors attached the rails.you should make sure any debris is removed from around the injectors so no dirt falls into the injector holes before you remove.then you can remove the injector to rail lock clips and remove the injectors from the rails.clean areas were the injectors will be going apply either gas or silicone on the injector O rings then install injectors to rail install lock clips and reassemble.replace all the O rings as they get dried out brittle and crack or split.re-install removed components start car and check for fuel leaks.
