I have a 2003 impala and recently had a problem almost like this i would look around the thermostat cover or look to see if u have a gasket leak. when my car did this i replaced the thermostat thinking the gasket around the thermostat was bad but the leak did not stop i went to auto zone and pick up a bottle of radiator and head gasket sealer and it fixed the problem same day in about 15 minutes.

2003 chevy impala rans battery down within 24hrs

Check you alternator. You can do this either by taking it to your mechanic or take it to autozone and they will test it for free. You can test it yourself too by starting the car and then disconnect the battery from the car. If the car shuts of its more then likely your alternator. If it doesn't shut of change your battery.

Antifreeze is leaking from around my radiator cap on my 2003 chevy impala and I think it is the cause for my car overheating but my radiator cap is not hot, What could be wrong?

try to replace a new rad. cap-if still leaking & original radiator-then the tanks are wearing down, try putting some stop leak in it momentary-radiator may need to be replaced-not that big of job,you can do yourself-shops will charge $$$$$ hope that helps-good luck!

Where and how many o2 sensor's on a 2003 chevy impala?

There are two sets of 02 sensors on most cars today. On set is set directly behind the header, one on each side, if it is a V engine. This set is used for the engine's ECU to control timing as well as other variables. The other set is placed on a bung in your Catalytic converter. This 02 sensor is used for emissions purposes only.

2003 chevy impala ls starts then stalls

I have replaced the radiator in my 2003 Chevrolet Impala LS. The car started running hot and shut down. Took it to a radiator shop and found a crack in the radiator. I have replaced 2 thermostats in the car already. I noticed water running from under my car today and it seems it was coming back out of the overflow. I am stumped as to what is going on with this car.
