The right rear side of the floor is wet & i have no clue where the water is coming from. After it rains i can see water coming from a body plug under the car.

Check the right rear door panel vapor barrier behind the door panel as if not sealed properly water will leak into the vehicle. a second issue maybe that the sunroof drain is leaking and would also cause a leak

Based on our research the RAV4s with wet floors are usually, but not always, clogged sunroof drains or drain outlets. Other RAV4 owners found that the body trim surrounding their windshield or even the fender panel had degraded and failed, allowing water to seep in during heavy rain.

Sometimes tough to find. If it only gets wet when driving, the problem could be in the floor pan...possibly a rubber stopper missing. If it happens when it rains without driving, may be in a door seal or coming thru the windshield gasket. Water leaks also can come in on one side and follow other objects then drip somewhere else, (because of surface tension). You can take a water hose and wet one section at a time to try and narrow down the source of the leak. Has the car had body work done? If so, look at the repaired area. Look at rubber seals around the doors and windows. Good Luck! I hope you find this to be very helpful!
Sounds to me like your issue is with condensation from your air conditioner. The condensation isn't properly draining, probably from a damaged or clogged drain hose.
Is it possible the water is actually coming from the A/C evaporator case, whose DRAIN IS CLOGGED ? The water produced by the A/C then leaks out of the case, down under the carpeting, then depending how vehicle is parked, can flow to the rear floors and carpet. Hope this helps
