P2626 O2 Sensor Pumping Current Trim Circuit/Open (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

I'll sure this has to do with a faulty O2 sensor. This sensor is usually located around the header of your car, or down more on your exhaust.

Try disconnecting your battery for 30 mins, hook it back up, and start your car again. This will erase the error. See if it comes in again.

Hope this help (remember rated this post).

2003 Hyundai Elantra GLS 2.0. Would the main relay keep a car from running?

Question edited for clarity.

Possibly, some do cover things that affect starting, the 'fuel pump relay' for instance. You need to diagnose, not just replace as a guess. Check for codes. A prograde scan tool will diagnose all modules and relays.

2007 Hyundai Elantra GLS code P2626. No check engine light.

Question edited for clarity to get rid of all the abbreviations.

The code P2626 won't go unless you do some corrective work to the Heated Oxygen Sensor and associated wiring.

PO-139 I had that sensor change 3 weeks ago and the check engine light came on again this morning. Thanks

Probably replaced a good sensor. This codes could be from a bad sensor, a vacuum leak, or an exhaust leak before the sensor.

Hello, I have a 2005 Hyundai Elantra with error codes of P2626 and B1448. What do these mean and how do i fix them? Thanks Brad

P2626. 1. At the Air/Fuel Ratio
P1448: EVAP Canister Vent Control Valve Open
I don't recall a B for any codes, but with this info. it sounds like a vacuum leak at the Canister

Your transmission is slipping which can cause a huge amount of damage both to the car and your wallet. Take it in for service as soon as you can.

I have a 2000 Hyundai Elantra Wagon GLS, just had alternator replaced and check engine light came on on way home. Any suggestions?

The check engine light comes on because of an error detected by the car's computer. You need to have the specific error code read with a code reader/computer.
