How long ago was that heater blower replaced?
Well .....you have the relay , the on/off /speeds switch, and the circuit it self. I suggest you get the shop Manual for the vehicle and perform the simple testing needed for this circuit. Good luck

Check blower motor resistor make sure none of the spring's are broken, resistor sit next to blower motor in housing, also check blower motor relay for voltage, also sit over by blower motor outside of housing and last check voltage at blower motor switch.Hope this was very helpful,good luck.

No heat or blower on my van

First place to check is the heater fuse.this is usually found inside the blower unit in passenger footwell under glove box.the fuse is underneath and held in with a Philips screw.check the condition of the metal foils as they corrode due to condensation.they can sometimes be repaired by soldering wire across broken contacts.you may source a second hand from breakers yard or EBay.if this is not the solution please look and check in the main fuse box.please comment if this helps you.thankyou.

1993 buick park avenue heater won,t work.checked all fuses an relays

i beleive you did more than that.? you,ll probably find all have a common earth , chech and remove it , clean with a wire brush and replace, also chance the fuse you removed and replacer reguardless of it,s appearence , ensure its put back in the correct location,peter.

Heater won't blow

Check your blower motor resistor connection.Turn switch and fan on then wiggle the resistor pigtail fan should turn on if not replace resistor.These get to hot and usally melt the pigtail and loose their connection.

REPLACE THERMOSTAT.IF ALREADY DONE.CHECK HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SEE IF POWER GOING TO HEATER BLOWER MOTOR.IF YES BLOWER MOTOR BAD.IF NO POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR CHECK AC AND HEATER CONTROL FUSE AND CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY IF ALL IS GOOD CHECK SEE IF POWER GOING TO AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH IF YES THE AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH COULD BE BAD.

Heater blower on sprinter van not working ,i need to locate the problem point .has been going off intermitently for some time

email this guy at [email protected] he sells the carbon brushes new at only 5.99 a pair! Its fantastic and they work a treat. Why pay £300 when it will cost 5.99 to buy a new set of carbon brushes!!
