My immediate quick test would be to move the front tires to the back (and backs to front, of course) then try it out. If the vibration is still there but feels like it's coming from somewhere else (vibration could feel like it's in in steering wheel or seat), you've got a broken belt or bent rim (wheel). Don't want to get your hands dirty? Get all 4 wheels balanced -5 to 10 bucks per wheel.

You could have a worn idler arm and pitman arm. The idler arm is more common to wear out before the pitman arm so start with that and have the front end aligned. Inspect all your front end steering components for damaged and worn out parts that need to be replaced.
Thank you for using Fixya, you did replaced your brake rotor when you replaced the brake pads right???

Front End shaking

Most likely with this problem is the front tires. The tires maybe " out of balance " or " out of round " causing the vibration at certain speeds.

Check your wheelbearings for play and your tierod ends for play,I'm sure one of these two are at fault.

Get your tires checked out, you may have a seperated tire, or may need to get the balanced checked. and check your air pressure. then while your at the shop get your suspension checked out. while its up in the air.

It sounds like you need a tune change at least the wires and plugs it also could be a worn or broke motor or tranny mount.
