Your gear shift won't move because there is an interlock which prevents taking your car out of PARK unless your foot is on the brake. Since the release solenoid is electric, and you appear not to have any electricity, you will not be able to move the shift lever unless you use the Emergency Release (described in your Owner's Manual).
As to your lack of power, perhaps a dead battery? (Good place to start checking!)
Please dont think Im talking down to you when I ask this, but did you try turning the steering wheel? If the steering wheel is got tension on it ie against a curb, etc then the key wont turn in the cylinder. If that isnt the case then if you have the inclination you can try taking the steering column apart and replacing the ignition switch, or get it towed to your mechanic...
Could be a defective plug or clogged injector What cylinder was IDd. Isolate the problem cylinder swap the plug from a good cylinder see if the miss moves with the plug,if not try having the injectors cleaned. That should get the zoom zoom back.
