Have you considerdthere is nouthing wrong and it just might need a service!

on those there is a carbon senser in the sump,when the oil gets burnt (BLACK) it is full off carbom AND CARBON CONDUCTS ELECTRICITY! OIL DOUSE NOT! THAT IS HOW IT KNOWS TO PUT THE SERVICE LIGHT ON! UNDERSTAND? So service it and change the oil it needs it! then light will go away!

Flashing check engine light means Eminant Engine Damage soon!
Sounds like a bad or clogged catalytic converter. Maybe take to Autozone or O'reillys' have them hook up "Scan Tool" for free & get codes..

That means you have a failure somewhere in the system (Powertrain, Chassis, Body, Network). Just because the engine was serviced doesn't mean anything. You need to have the diagnostic codes pulled to determine what is causing the light to be triggered. Then correct the problem and the light will go out. If you just erase the light or code it wont solve anything.
