All of those are controlled by or influenced the BCM. You need a good auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool to check the BCM and communication to and from it.
sounds like you have a short to ground. without more information its hard to say what it is. Are there anything else that stop working when the dome light goes out. you can also check what else use that fuse that may be the culprit
