I don't have the exact diagram for your year but I believe this one is close enough to give you what you need. http://www.scribd.com/doc/18999822/Jeep-Wiring-2 For some reason I can't find anything closer and I lost track of where I found this one.

Hope it helps!

Where is the automatic shutdown relay located on a jeep cherokee limited 4.0l 1995. thank you very much.

Your asd relay is located in the power distribution center near the battery. The inside label on the cover will give you the location.

Is threr a fuel line reset button on a '95 CHEROKEE WRANGLER.? The fuel pump will not kick in.

There is no "re-set" on that system. power comes from the fuel pump relay in the power distribution center and that relay is also fed by the auto shutdown relay in the same location. At the point you are at, you need to check those,as well as fuses and power at the pump harness to begin narrowing down the problem. Hopefully it will turn out to be something simple. If not I do suggest you get a decent manual (chiltons is pretty good on wiring diagrams).
If you need help with anything specific that you find, just ask and I'll try to help.

Where is the fuel shut off on a 1995 grand cherorke larado

You don't have one. The pump runs from the relay in the power distribution center (Box near the battery with relays and fuses)and gets it's signal from the computer that is reacting to information it gets from the crank sensor and other sensors. If the computer sees no signal from the crank sensor it turns everything off by way of the auto shutdown relay (also in the distribution center)

1993 jeep laredo auto shutdown& fuel pump relays go crazy open & close it wont stop and car dont start

Most often a relay will act like a buzzer if it is not properly grounded. The ground signal generally comes from the computer. The auto shutdown realy feeds the fuel pump relay and therefore is shutdown relay isn't getting the proper signal it will in turn send same improper signal to pump relay. I am sending you a decent diagram of this and suggest you first make sure all body grounds are clean and secure.

In the fuse panel of a jeep cherokee 1995, where is the a fuse for the headlights? which one is it? or where is a (micro) control fuse? where can i see a diagram of this fuse panel, free. Thanks, Larry

Number 11 is a 25 amp (natural) Headlamp delay module and also controls the horn.
Number 15 is a 15 amp (Lt. Blue) this controls the instrument panel lamps, headlamp switch, parking lamps and radio/clock memory.
number 17 is a 7.5 Amp (Violet) controls instrument cluster gauges, headlamp delay module, chime module, overhead console. I hope this helps because there are several different configurations for the jeep. So if this doesn't make sense then let me know and I will send you a different one.

No fuel pump acuation

Check fuses in power distribution box and auto shutdown relay. Also attempt to code check pcm if you can...don't think there will be any codes but make sure it has power. Also check to see if you have a white ballast resistor on the driver side fender...I think that sends power back to the pump. In that fails, make sure that the wiring below the really is actually sending power out...the relay may be fine but if wiring is corroded underneath it won't help
