Don A has an excellent answer, but if you have a sunroof, that is more likely the reason. The pipe runs down between the door pillar and the windshield and there is often a join there which can part. Be careful with compressed air as it can blow joints apart.

I had the same problem with a 1994 Taurus. Within the front fender was 10 years of pine needles and leaves blocking the drain backing the water up in and over the fire wall and into the front passenger seat floor. I took a LONG pair of needle nose pliers threw the passenger side door, and was able to remove enough debree. After pulling out out about 5 fist full's of yuck, 1 gallon a water that was stuck some where poured out flushing out the drain. I did the same on the drivers side. After that I had no problems with floods. I hope this helps. If not check your back door weather stripping if you have one. I have heard water leaking behind the passengers seatbelt and onto the floor from under the seat. Got to love Florida's rain season(s)
inspect the rubbers around the rear lift gate closely by running you finger down the rubber seal, use clear silicone if need to if the seal any part of the seal if is not seated properly or broken, this will be temporary fix. correct fix will need the new rubber seal. have someone sit in the back in the rear near the liftgate, take a water hose and hose down the rear and see where the leak is comming from. hope that help some
the most common cause of course is a low system refrigerent charge, this would be due to a leak, the most common cause of leakage is the front shaft seal of the AC compressor
