Might sound a little simple, but is the dimmer switch turned all the way down? by design, those lights are all supposed to dim when the lights are turned on and the brightness is adjustable with the dimmer switch. if they are all going off and cannot be adjusted with the dimmer, i would suspect the dimmer switch is defected.

1985 Cadillac Fleetwood d elegant installing a aftermarket radio lost the lights in the electronic climate control and fuel gauge.. fuse is still good where to look next

next I would check wires going to fuel gauge and climate control .more than likely when you took out radio the wiring might had come loose. if still no lights you can put back old radio and see if you have lights. wiring might be part of all three.then it might be possible those bulbs for fuel gauge and climate control might just have burned out especially being an 85

1998 tacoma, when I turn the headlights on the radio display goes off, also no lights for the climate control knobs

I would say if this is a used truck, the prior owner may have wired the radio wrong. Remove radio and check your dimmer wire. Make sure the dimmer wire is correctly wired to your headlights. While you are back there check all the wiring to your radio and climate control. The climate knobs also have little light bulbs. Make sure they are not burned out.

No heat and when heat is turned on a tapping noise

It's the blend door actuator located behind the center radio console. A pretty simple and straight forward fix as I found out last night. You can get the part at most retailers, I found Advance auto was the cheapest in the bensalem, pa area. To remove the radio you will need a tool available at parts dealers as well or if your even moderatelt handy I made them from a coat hangar. Take the radio out, remove the rest of the moulding and climate controls(one piece), unplug the traction control/back up alarm if equipped and move the whole assy to the side. You will see the top of the actuator looking through the radio slot. The screws (3) are bolt head an extention comes in handy here. When you pull the old unit note the position of the post, you will have to plug the wires into the new unit and adjust the new post using the front climate control with the engine on. The rest is done in reverse. There is one pretty good video on facebook that goes throught the whole thing.. Good Luck P.S. took about 30-40 mins.

Radio lights 94 lexus ls400

It has something to do with the climate control. You have to have a technician repair it. ebay has many of those repair guys for mad cheap. I did my L of of ebay. They have ways of removing dash and climate control off of google. Just engine search it. Look for people that fix Dash and Climate control. If that does not work then it is a LD problem and probably need a new Radio.

Code P0410

The P0410 code refers to the emissions system. The air pump puts air to the exhaust to lower emissions. It takes in outside air and pumps it through two one-way check valves into each bank of the exhaust.
About 90% of the time that this code is set, the one-way check valves have worn out or failed and allow water (which occurs naturally in the exhaust) back into the pump. In any cold climate, especially in climates with higher humidity, this water may be more excessive. The water partially fills the AIR pump, it can then freeze. When the PCM commands the pump on, if the pump is frozen it cannot turn, thus overloading the circuit and "popping" the fuse.
