What is the Gap setting for the sparkplugs, My engine is the 4 cilinder 1.6
The sparkplugs are shipped with the propper gap setting *DO NOT CHANGE IT"
if its been altered, place a penny in the gap, and thats the space it should be gapped.
Rishi Roshan Ali, I hope that isn't the same kind of advise that you gave on all your other 2,427 answers. Cause it is totally FALSE... It will depend on your motor, Cam, Crank, compression, how hot you are running your motor and so on. for a stock motor your kinda correct. But instead of being a penny pincher, go down and buy a $4 - $6.00 gap setter and do it right. Check the book specs and ALWAYS double check your plug gaps before you put them in your motor. You never know, the plug could have got bent in shipping, handling (dropped), maybe the manufacturer that day was in bad mood or hung over and gaped it big or small. You don't know. So always, ALWAYS double check them. It could mean the difference between a penny and several hundred dollars trying to fix a burnt piston. If your gonna give advise, give the right advise or go back to your country and rebuild motors over there... Just saying "Ali"...
