I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 that will not start...you have to turn the enigne over 2or 3 times for it to start. I have replaced the fuel regulator, the fuel filter, and a sensor for the fuel (or so they said)...Anyone have any suggestions...

I have seen this kind of problem once. it cost 1800$ to ESSO you have to know that the flash point of fuel is different empty your fuel tank like usually and fill her up with new fuel at another gas station flash point is the temperature where the fuel will ignite without spark. the flash point in summer is low and in autumn or winter is high
Reset the ignition timing to the manufacturers specifications. Then replace any wires from spark plugs, and adjust the gap from spark plug according with the specifications m.
Let me tell you the truth, its your fuel pump. everybody tells you to check youre injectors and replace youre fuel filter but the truth is its your pump. all chevy and gmc models have that problem. I just replaced mine. i have a 2001 chevy 2500hd also with the 6.0 and did the exact same thing. I bought a fuel pump and put it in and BINGO truck runs and starts like new. TRUST ME MAN
Try cleaning throttle body and IAC sensor.Thats more than likely the issue.It carbons up over time and sticks..Another problem could be in your air intake sucking to much air.Try those and you will most likely fix your problem..
When is the last time you replaced your fuel filter? Check your fuel filter. If it's plugged you may have taken out the fuel pump. This happened to me. (2000 Chevy Silverado 1500)
