Modern transmission use a specific combination of shift solenoid ... hi everyone i just purchase a 2001 L200 ...
stage 1 is 25nm
stage 2 is 45nm
stage 3 is turn 105 degrees
try leaving about 10 mins between each torque so it can settle also you have to tighten them in sequence and make sure you use new head bolts as these are the stretch type and if you are using the old ones there could be a chance of one snapping, just a little advice..hope this helped
Take a look at the accessories belt.... does the battery and/or check engine light's on? This belt activates water pump (check temperature gage...), power steering pump (heavy steering...), a/c compressor (a/c working?) and alternator (battery recharging)... of course!
Hope it will help you, even if my english isn't terrible...
The firing order for a 4-cylinder 2.2L Buick Century is: 1-3-4-2. The distributor rotates in a clockwise direction, with #1 plug wire located at the upper left of the distributor
The firing order on a 3.1 v6 is simple. 1-2-3-4-5-6 See a diagram of the 3.1 and 3.8 here.

sounds like common ford problem with upper timing chain tensioner cassette assembly ,they work off oil pressure and can lose their prime, which causes that type of noise, there is an upgraded part for that problem, change oil reg ,try 10-30w for summer (name brand ,i like vavoline products)
