You could have a cracked radiator hose that is getting ready to burst or a cracked radiator that leaks with pressure.

When you changed these components and refilled the cooling system, did you purge the air out of the top of the system by opening the bleeder valve. These engines have coolant in areas higher up in the engine where air can be trapped during refill. Air trapped in the system will cause overheating issues. Otherwise, the only thing you haven't mentioned in the system is the radiator and fan assemblies. They could be suspect, as could a possible blown head gasket.

It is located under the exhaust on the side of the block at the place the upper radiator hose is attached to the engine.

If memory serves, you need to remove the whole fascia (basically the front end of the car) It's not difficult, just time consuming. There are about 12 or so bolts of various sizes that need to come out, along with popping out a few plastic pins. The headlights also need to be removed to allow removal of fascia. ( just the two 7 mm bolts on top, and assembly will be loose. I don't think they need to be taken all the way out, just loosened)
A/C condenser is bolted to front of radiator, making the removal of the radiator the hardest part of this job. Almost forgot, fan assembly needs to be removed also. Tranny cooling line removal also difficult. Mine didn't have the additional oil cooling lines, but some do. Hope this helps!

the drain "bung" or "spikot" will be located on either the drive or passenger side bottom corner of the radiator. in some cases you need to remove a splash guard or skid plate in order to access it. once you find it you should be able to slip a 3/8th or 1/2 inch hose over the end in order to run it neatly into a container

The Thermostat is under the connector for the upper radiator hose on the Engine. Trace the upper Radiator hose back to the engine and remove the 2 to 3 bolts holding the engine mounting to the engine. The thermostat is under that. If you don't have the thermostat already you can remove it and replace the cover and drive to the Auto parts store and purchase it then drive back and put the new part in after the engine cools. If you are replacing this because of over heating doing this will tell you if that was truly the problem or if the problem was actually the water pump. Using the vehicle over short distances without the thermostat will not damage your engine in the summer months. It is mainly there for winter months to let the engine warm up before the cooling fluid starts flowing anyway. Heck, I have one vehicle that hasn't had a thermostat in it for 2 years now. Runs great.

Roll the window down and listen to see if you can hear the electric fan running. As long is the car is moving then air crosses the radiator and keeps things cool but when you come to a stop there is no airflow. Here is where the electric fan comes into play. Suspect you could have a fuse burned out for fan or a temp switch for fan that is faulty, Keep in mind the fan motor could also be faulty. Since componants differ year to year and model to model get your hands on a service manual for testing purposes. (library should have one). Be advised I am assuming you have checked the coolant and the level is good! Best of luck!

those are trans cooler lines ,, they keep the tans cool,,u should replace them,,

did you bleed the cooling system? check the fans?
