On the SOHC the spark plugs are on the front of the head (towards the front of the bumper) at an angle. You will see the 4 plug wires going to the top of each spark plug and then back to the coil pack.
On the DOHC (which is an SL2) they are directly on top of the head and vertical. Again, you'll see the spark plug wires going to the top of the plugs and then back to the coils.
Get a spark plug socket an and extension and they'll come out. Make sure to take them out after the car has cooled down, it is an aluminum head and will cause the threads to get mangled if the head is hot.

Front of the motor, low, in the fitting where the radiator hose goes into the motor; not the one on the drivers side. The fitting is rounded and is held on with two bolts.

These are located in the cylinder head in the back of the head...meaning 180 degrees from the belts and pulleys(front) or the side the transmission is on. Two sensors exist...the single wire sensor is for the dash gauge. Saturn pn# 21025106 is the one you need

Remove the plugs, make sure the new plugs are gapped to .040, put anti-seize on the threads of the new plugs, then install them and tighten accordingly.

It sounds like you have a bad charging cable for the GPS or the cable is overloading the cigarette lighter.
The cigarette lighter is designed for less power then a 12v power outlet.
Therefore it is easy to blow the fuse for the cigarette light if you install something that draws too much power.
