The EVAP service port is located in the EVAP purge pipe between the EVAP
purge solenoid and the EVAP canister. The service port is identified by
a green colored cap.

The low port is hard to see. It is located on the silver canister (evaporator). Follow the freon lines to the canister toward the firewall, the low port is located on the (evaporator). Warm you engine and turn the air cond. on. Hold the can upside down, if the can frost over, wrap a warm cloth around the can. This will help to flow the freon into the system.
Without having all the info it is hard to figure out.But if that was the code and what it said I would locate the vent vave for the evap system and replace it.It is usually located on or near the charcoal canister which should be under the rear of the car.It will be attached to it directly or by a plastic tube/hose.Locate the vent vavle and repalce it,then unplug your battery for 30 seconds to reset the engine light.
