SOURCE: Flasher Relay replacement
The Flasher Relay for the Series 1 Mazda Premacy is situated in the centre of the vehicle behind the Cigarette lighter. To access it you have to remove the central dash surround, radio, CD deck and climate control panel. If you have small hands you can then access the rely to replace it. If you have larger hands expect to find it a little more awkward.

The maximum towing capacity of 13,750 and you should not exceed what the manufacturer recommends as you can cause serious harm to your vehicle, yourself, and / or others.
When considering the maximum towing capacity, you also have to consider passenger weight, luggage, etc as all this will reduce the overall capacity... I.e. if you've got 1000lbs in the trunk and 3 passengers plus the driver, your capacity has already dropped to around 12,000
SOURCE: How do I remove the radio from a 2003 Mazda tribute?
Definitely an easier way. Not familiar with your exact model but usually there are two side strips that are removable to reveal a couple of holes on each side. At the bottom of these holes are retaining clips that need to be disengaged to remove the unit. You can buy a removal tool that is a pair U shaped wires to poke in the holes and press outwards to release the clips. You can also make one out of coat hanger wire. It is a good idea to coat the face of the radio with tape to avoid any scratches. If your radio doesn't come out exactly like this the principle will be similar.
