Hello. There is no fuse to 'disable' the alarm, if you have a Toyota system fitted. If you have lost the remote, and the system has been activated by replacing the battery, or something like that, you can try the following. Note: This will only work on a Toyota system. Put the key in the ignition. Turn the key to 'run', then 'off', 5 times, rather quickly. Do not move the key to the start position at any time. After the last run-off key cycle, then turn the key to start. See if that works for you. Please let us know. .

Remove fuse labelled "dome" on engine compartment fuse box. unfortunately this also isolates the radio. I have found when re connecting battery alarm goes off. remove "dome" fuse and then replace it. all ok then.

There is no fuse that i know of to disable the alarm, i lost my keyless remote entry button and the alarm went off, as you know you cant start the car after this has happened, however, you can uninstall the alarm completely, fairly simple to do if you purchase a hanes manual or chilton, toyota uses red quick connectors for their wiring harnesses and all you have to uninstall is under the steering column on the drivers side, good luck. hope this helps, i lost all hope with my corolla but after i took the alarm out it worked fine.

I have a 2007 toyota corolla S, recently purchased a new battery for car but the car alarm goes off as soon as i open the door and then after a few mins of the car door being closed it turns alarm off

-Do you have the remote control to disable...? If not then
disconnect its fuse so you'll never heard it again unless you still need the alarm. If so then look for a remote.

Good luck

Check all the fuses. You more than likely blew some main fuses. I think there are a couple near the positive battery cable end.

This sounds like a bad alarm module, the doors unlock but the alarm doesnt shut down, so it wont let you start it because its not shutting down, the light flash and door unlock put starter disable and horn stay active, most good alarms have liftime module warranties, if you take it back to who installed it and ask them or if it was already in the car when you bought it then you will need to disable or replace it. hope this helps, also to disable it just trun key on then open a open try key off and within 10 sec push the button under the dash its a small red button this will put it in vallet mode.

I am having the SAME problem with my 99 Corolla, Still searching for a way to disable the factory security system, for the last two years I have the vehicle hotwired through the headlights to start it. (1 wire to battery positive, 1 wire to starter hot lead, touch them together.) unfortunately this has proven very dangerous as the vehicle will start even in gear, and take off without a driver. additionally, because the alarm is going off continuously, the battery dies if not disconnected after every use. I found the fuse in the relay box that disbles the alarm, and the car starts fine, unfortunately, It it also the fuse for the alternator, so that solution will not work either. If anyone has found true way to disable the system, PLEASE offer your suggestions!

2005 Toyota Corolla Car Alarm Problem

you may have to disconnect the battery for a minute or so ,this will reset the alarm. check your remote it does have a battery in it. otherwise you have to look for a fuse somewhere under the dash close to the fuse box.each one is diff. depending if it original toyota or aftermarket alarm.
