I have a bmw 735 1999 e38, when the car is cold she drives perfect as soon as it warms up the trasnfailsafe kicks in and she feels like the clutch is slipping then bangs into gear, its a steptronic box. When i failsafe its goes to 3rd or 4th gear so when I try to pull away the car revs up for a second or two the goes into gear and jerks forward, Also radio has gone off and sunroof is playing up no windscreen wipers, I have fitted new battery and ignition switch to no availe. Any help would great cheers

There are to many things that can cause this problem, best thing to is go get the ECM scanned for DTC codes at a transmission shop or Auto zone or Parts Source since they scan for free.
The ECM should have DTC code in it's memory on how the transmission is Performing and have the Transmission line tested for Fluid pressure.
Good luck and hope this helps. Oh and also ways check with more then on transmission shop if there tell you that you need a new Transmission,
It could be a simple as the transmission filter falling off causing the lost of transmission fluid pressure. Check the transmission fluid too.

just turn of the wiper switch turn off the key 30 sec later, move the wiper arm to the park position, then remove the caps plastic caps at the start off the wiper arm ( if fitted) and then tigthen the nut there and that should fi it
