No heater fan no dash lights no computer panel all in the dark. no fuse panel under dash or left kick plate. right kick plat no fuse panel & in glove box only breakers. box under dash next to battery all check out.

By don't work I'm assuming you mean they are not lighting up at all.
You will need the fuse box inside the vehicle. The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal.
The fuse is number 7, a 10 amp rated fuse. The attached image should help.

Hey, it sort of has three. One is by the left kick panel, one is under the hood right behind the battery and then there is a junction box with two fuses for the AC/Heater behind the glove box. Hope this helps, good luck.

Power to both front and rear A/C control panels goes through fuse No. 3 (7.5 amp) in the driver's under dash (left kick panel) fuse/relay box. But power to the main front panel goes through an additional fuse, No. 13 (7.5amp), in the passengers under dash (right kick panel) fuse/relay box. The other thing to check is the grounding point for the front panel (labeled G401 in wiring diagram.) It is located under the left side of the dash panel on a metal support with a through-bolt fastener. Many items ground at this point so look for multiple ring lugs under the bolt.

There are three fuse panels. The passenger side fuse box is right behind the passenger side kick panel. The main fuse and relay block is near the battery in the engine compartment.The Instrument panel fuse box is on the left side of the steering column on the dashboard.

On the left kick panel you should find a white plastic cover.

1.) remove screw from right door sill trim plate, (that piece of trim that covers the edge of the carpet when the door is open) 2.) remove right hinge pillar trim panel (passenger side kick panel) 3.) disconnect blower motor electrical connectors 4.) remove blower motor cover 5.) disconnect the cooling tube (rubber hose that attaches to the motor ) .6.) loosen courtesy light screws and move light out of way (if equipped) 7.)remove right side dash support bolt (under dash twist your head around like the excorsist, , lol , where the dash meets the side panel pillar) 8.)remove blower motor-to-case screws 9.) remove blower 10.) remove fan from blower motor shaft 11.) to install reverse removal procedure ,.. not as bad as it sounds , cheers.
