Possibly dirty cable connections at battery lights only use 30 amps of battery starter needs at least 100 amps and connection may fail.Clean posts and reattach cables.
sounds to me like your battery is no good. replace battery. how ever after the replacement of batery you will need to go to nissan dealer and have the "steering angle sensor"reset, because your VDC light will be ON on the dash.
The VDC can be reset by driving on a road straight for a few miles. It's best to use a big highway. My parents have a pathfinder, went to have the battery changed out and the Nissan dealer could not help them get it off. But after a little searching, it states to drive for about 1 mile without turns or braking. It has went off and hopefully it will work for you.
to get rid of 4x4.while running, put your truck in N, foot on brake and change the selector out of 4 LOW. you should get indication on your dash, no 4X4 flashimg and back into 2WD. If the VDC light is on, its linked to your ABS so check your brake fluid levels. Good Luck
