It could be a couple of things. I first guess is to check the fuel filter. If it has not been changed out within 15-25,000 miles deposits that within the gas tank has restricted the flow and will cause a hesitation or very rough idle. Now the desposit could have surface close to the injectors restricting the flow. Second, tune-up ( distributor cap and button, spark plugs, wires, etc). Third, check all you fuel hoses leading (especially leading from the fuel filter) to and from the engine. If they have never been changed, I would do so. Hope this a start of resolving your problem.

Turbo blew up on 2021 Kia Carnival

Turbos are usually designed to last about 250,000km so a turbo blowing this soon is unusual. The most common reason for turbo failure are...
Poor oil supply to the bearings, faulty seals and gaskets, foreign objects in the turbo and in rare cases serious misuse of the turbo.
Turbo fan blade spin at a massively high speeds, (between 150,000 and 280,000rpm), so poor oil flow can cause the bearings to dry out and seize.
Faulty seals and gaskets can cause oil pressure to change and leaking oil into the wrong areas of the turbo. This can cause the turbo to wear out faster.
Foreign objects is simply something that has fallen or been sucked into the turbo damaging the blades or other areas of the turbo.
Misuse of a turbo is rare but not using a turbo correctly can wear them out faster. A general rule is don't just turn a turbo engine off when you park. Let the engine idle for about 10 to 15 seconds to let the turbo slow down as when idling the engine is still supplying the turbo with oil.
You may need to get a turbo specialist to look at this as soon as possible as a damaged turbo can cause damage inside the engine itself.

Is it a blow off valve from excessive turbo boost, that's normal if so!

I drove for about 4km with oil sign on on dashboard all of a sudden car lost power I stoped to notice no oil in tappet cover but oil level is on max when I restart it idle for seconds what happened?

If your oil pressure light was on, but the oil level is OK on the dipstick, it seems that the engine lost oil pressure due to a failed pump (a rare thing to happen) or a blocked filter, or sludging in the engine.

The first thing to do is replace the oil pressure sender unit with a pressure gauge, and idle the engine for a few seconds to get a reading. If it reads zero, the engine may already be damaged. That loss of power sounds like the engine was beginning to seize.
