Shell etc. I have a 2005 Infinity Fx35 that doesn't want to start when i use any gas besides top of the line like mobile, di

A vehicle should run on any type of gas, (Gas in a gas engine, diesel in a diesel engine), but some engines are designed and tuned to run on higher octane fuels. The FX35 is designed to run on the higher 95 octane fuels. A lower octane fuel will give you poorer acceleration and lower performance.
Keep using the 95 octane premium fuels and it should start more easily.

My 2005 infinity fx35 suddenly shuts off while I'm driving. Has a full tang of gas...check the oil and all fluids and everything is fine. Anyone know what it could be?

I would start with the battery connections. Make sure they are tightened down and clean of corrosion. More info would help. Does it start up right away or not?

Corroded grounding straps.

Everything is a DIY Job, if you can find, get to & understand
what is needed,if you have enough tools

I would say that a 2005 Vehicle does not have very severe
corrosion issues this soon in it's life

Remove the ends, clean ,use some anti-seize from permatex
& reinstall YES Yourself

On my 2005 Infiniti FX35 the Passinger Door and Rear Hatch Locks will not open. Intermittently they will work, but it seems to be getting worst each day. Is there a way to diagnose which actuator is going...

there is a seprsate actuator for each door/hatch. so it is commen on those for more then one to go bad at about the same time. just look and see if you can see the lock move slightly while tryinng to work it. if so then that is what you need.

The car won't start; lights, ac, radio etc come on but car won't turn over or even click; checked battery cables; put different battery in; still won't start

Check the starter and the starter relay or fuse. A client of mines car was doing the same thing, it ended up being two issues, the starter not working anymore, and a relay that was bad. If I am not mistaken everything should be labeled in the fuse box under the hood and will tell you where the fuse/ relay is for your vehicle

Fuse for the cigarette lighter in Infinity FX35

is the only thing not working the cigarette lighter? the fuse that operates it is usually the accessories fuse, it normally operates the interior light as well, which fuse box have you checked, there is most likely one under the bonnet & there also may be one under the dash as well, it might well be that the cigarette lighter element is the problem, try another lighter....hope this helps....cheers
