Hi did you also checked the horn itselfs. when you take out the horn and look at the back you will see a adjust srew with sealingmastic on it. you can remove the sealingstuff and try to adjust the horn. this only works if the coil is not broken. but first you have to check the connection inside the steeringwheel. make sure the switch in the steeringwheel is making contact to earth. if this all doesnt work you have to buy a new one goodluck.

My horn is not working on my Lexus 300 Es 1996

Did you check for voltage and ground at the horn connector?
The picture is underhood fuse block, see the horn fuse and horn relay? Make sure the fuse is good, also, use a testlight and check for voltage at the fuse circuit, one leg should have voltage.
If voltage at fuse circuit, unplug the relay, terminal 2 should be hot, use proper jumper wire between 2 and 3 in the picture, the horn should sound. If it does, something wrong with control side of relay. Your horn button and wiring control ground for coil side of relay. Sometimes there is a problem with wiring in steering column, for the horn.

2000 VW Jetta TDI my Horn just stopped! I don't know which relay to start by, The fuse is good but no V at horns Is there a wiring diagram to be had?

There is a "clockspring" wiring spiral in the steering wheel to accommodate the rotating steering wheel with controls on it. If this breaks, you may lose some or all functions controlled by stuff on the s-wheel.

If the fuse is OK, check if you have power at the horn, if yes, replace the horn, if not check the switch or wire. make sure you have a good ground too.

I can not find horn fuse or relay

The first thing is to check the fuse and if thats sokay then check the horns they may be bad, if you use a testlight and have someone push on the horn button and see if theres power to it, if theres power then the horns are bad if theres no power and the fuse is good then you may have a bad horn relay or a problem with the horn buttons or a wire in the steering column, okay lets start with the fuse location, the fuse box is located on the leftside of the dash behind the trim panel, i have enclosed the fuse box diagram and circled the horn fuse which is in location #14 and is a 20amp fuse, take note that the horn fuse is the same as the lighter and glovebox light and power antenna, so if those things are working its not the fuse but you can check it anyway, the horn relay is located on the pass/side of the dash to the right of the glove box under the dash, there you will see a relay box with alot of relays, the horn relay is slot # 2, i enclosed a diagram of its location and the relay spot, hope this is helpful .goodluck.johnjohn2_65.gifjohnjohn2_66.gifjohnjohn2_67.gif

The horn is stuck on my 2001 mirage. as soon as i ture the ignition, the horn starts blasting nonstop. please help

This would be caused by one of two things, first check the horn pad and make sure the horn button (pad) is not broke or stuck if thats okay then i would replace the horn relay, this relay is located in the fuse box, also check the under the hood fuse box. they started putting the horn relays in the engine compartment fuse/relay box, the cover of the fuse box will list where the relay sits in the box. good luck, hope this helps.
