Feel the 2 hoses going to the heater core (inlet & outlet) when the engine is warmed up.if there is a noticeable difference in the temp, your heater core is plugged up and will need to be replaced or possibly flushed out. Also check the temp cable to see if it goes all the way to hot

Heater not warming up

Most likely the thermostat broke. I expect that you have an older Hyundai and never had the anti-freeze changed. When the engine is cold the thermostat is closed which causes the engine to warm up more quickly. A warm engine runs more efficiently (less gas) and more smoothly. When the engine temp reaches a certain temp the thermostat opens and then allows the hot engine coolant to run through the lines to the heater core. The heater blows air over the heater core which produces the warm air that warms up the cabin. Thermostats used to be cheap and easy to change. I would suggest a web search for how to replace the thermostat. Something like 'hyundai accent 2002 replace thermostat".

No hot air

Sounds like the problem lies in the thermostat, When the engine thermostat fails to close fully, the engine coolant temperature may fall. Low engine temperature causes several problems and may cause the heater to blow cool air. Make sure about that.

My 2004 ford F 350 is not blowing hot air when running at an idle. Its starts too get warm after I start driving. What could be wrong?

Check your coolant level. May be low. Possible restriction in heater core or radiator. Possible air pocket trapped inside. I believe there is a heater core bypass valve that is actuated electronicly. It may be stuck, causing a restriction. It will be located on one of the coolant hoses coming from the firewall.

the one thing that comes too mind is trapped air-when i do a radiator I always start up and warm engine so thermostat cycles a few times to make sure that you dont trap air in colling system. you did not say so but if you didnt, its really not a bad idea to change thermostat and gasket when digging into colling system. they are usaully fairly cheap.

Could be thermostat. Even though you had it replaced the recommened temp is 192. You probably have a thermostat with an alternative temp of 160 or 180. This will make your car run alot cooler than it should.
