If you have checked wire connectors are seated fully...
If you have (swapped left and right) fuses, relay (in the fuse box)...

Then most likely the Combination Switch Control Unit in the Steering column/Wiring Harness. There was a recall in 2012 but not all VINs were able to take advantage. Mine included. Honda wants $100 to diagnose further - seems pretty steep for a third-string car and 15 minute test/check. I just might find another solution to eek out the last miles out of this one.

Replace the bulb, highbeam and lowbeam use different filaments (on the same bulb) and lowbeam get used much more hence blow first 99% of the time leaving only a working set of highbeams

Replaced battery in crv and now headlights don't work

Check the low beam fuse in the fuse box, usually a 20A. If the fuse is blown/shorted during the replacement of the battery, your lights won't work. Replace the fuse if that's your case. Hope this helps.

Low beams don't work on 1997 Honda Civic

If your high beams work and your low beams do not work... try changing the light bulbs first. The low beams can burn out and the high beams still work.

Both high beams do not work, but low beams do.

Need new lightbulbs. Lowbeam will still work evan after highbeam elament is burnedout in bulb. If separate bulbs are used for high and low beam, then change high beam bulbs only. If does not fix then check fuse or wires and make sure plug to bulb is in correct position. But probably just need new bulbs.

03 ion lowbeams wont work highbeams do have

The dark blue wire is the ground wire for the low beams and your pink is the ground for the high beams.

When you touch that wire to ground the lights should come on. If not there is a short/break in the wire somewhere

Double check your pink wire to confirm that it is supposed to be a ground signal.

My left headlight highbeam light works and the lowbeam don't why

the filament on the low beam burnt out. but the high beam didn't. You have a filament for each. 1 for high beam and 1 for low beam in the same light bulb. You need a new head light.
