Cannot find the spare tyre in a 7 seater 2004 Touran

Just bought a 2004 Touran 7 seater. Brought it home and checking it over, I cannot find a spare tyre. The owner's manual says it resides under the rear storage space in a 5 seater but makes no reference to where it might be in a 7 seater. Does anybody out there know where it is?

    seven seaters were not fitted with spare wheels only roadside self help puncture repair kit only five seaters were fitted with a full size mag as spare wheel.

There is no spare tire on this car. there is a fix-foam-box and a compressor under the floor in the trunk.

My personal suggestion would be to go for these repair catalogs. I know this website www.reliable-store.com that i used to get manuals from, and they have all models online.
I also brought for my 1989 BMW, such old model, they had it and it was very good manual. Go ahead, I bet.

I have a Captiva 7 seater 6 cylinda, a Haman Rees tow bar, l can tow 2 tone, l was thinking of improving the towing capasity. If l change the rims and tyres to 16 inch truck tires would that work?
No you need a better hitch also.

How to remove the spare wheel?
Sure you have a spare wheel? Lots of Toyota cars just have a little cylinder to get foam and air in the tire.
Look in the drawer under the seat next to the driver if there is a manual. Or in the glove compartment.

i think its under the floor at the back or you lower it down from on top via a bolt through the floor at the back of the vehicle ,i know the battery is under the drivers seat and i do know i have checked the spare tyre pressure ,some of these vehicles have a skinnyspace saver spare wheel as well depending on year

Were is spare tyre for vw touran
the spare tire is located at the rear luggage compartment floor,just lift the cover and there you will see spare.it sits inside the rear floor.heres a diagram picture of the rear where the spare sits. hope this helps.91f0280.png

Can't remove the tyre to change
lift up number plate flap then remove the three bolts on under side and this will allow you to access spare tyre

Where is the spare wheel on a VW touran 7 seater 02 reg?
It doesn't have one. Just a can of silly foam and a compressor. Look on Ebay etc for a 125/70/18 space saver wheel with a 112mm PDC.

its weird ,but you know wipers is not working when computer senses open hood , so you have to look at hood catch. i'm not sure contacts have to be closed or open . anyway it is easy to check
