the timing marks are as follows... the camshaft gear mark will be roughly in the 4 o clock position... the mark on the gear needs to line up with a small pointer on the rear cover. the shear pin in the camshaft will be pointing vertically... the crankshaft timing mark will be roughly in the 1 or 2 oclock positiona small dot on the front of the crankshaft gear will need to line up with with a small dot or notch on the oil pump housing...
dear friend-on your vehicle cam mark should be at the top,there is a 6mm hole which must line up with a notch on the head.crank must be on TDC and the mark will be slightly to your right.
