Yes just regular service like for oil changes every 3,000 miles or every 3 months like any normal car. I own a Porsche 928 with the 4.5 liter V8 so they are not to bad when it comes to service these Porsche's. You can do most of the service yourself if you know how to use a socket wrench.. The Porsche your looking at is really awesome and with 45,000 miles it's good because then you know it's been serviced when needed and not sat to where most exotics do and then the head gaskets leak etc etc.
So if you can afford a 911 I would go for it you won't regret it either they are way fun to drive.

To stay true to the Porsche value of ownership, you should take the car into a dealership as they electronically input data into their system and a pump is required to do oil changes since their is oil in lines traveling to the cooler at the front of the car. One mistake and you are out an engine.
