Where can I get general info, IE: oil, filter ect to maintain my 2000 Mitsu Eclipse?

Usually in your owners manual towards the back of the book. Or you can go to any auto parts store and see if they have a work shop manual or just go to the auto parts store and have them look up your filters, and they will show you which one you need. Or you can look it up in there shelf books like say you need a air filter or oil filter go to that area in the store and the usually have a book mounted on the shelf for those items then just look up the make, model, year, engine size in your vehicle and read it across and it will have codes in the boxes of the filters you can use also same routine with oil filters but if you don't know much about engines have the auto parts employees look up your stuff it's sometimes easier and faster.
