ok check fuse card with fuse cover . look in side of the fuse loction you can see tow yellow coler this means have fuse . if only one side no need fuse. second , smal fuse you have (10-20-5Am) disconnect battery .start with small 5Am . but no problem if smal in big after finish S.W ON.go to big 5 - 10 - 20 -30 Am ( AC fan blower 30am ) but fuse and check A/c S.W on . check wiper motor 30Am , cig. lighter 30Am hearter 30AM radio 10Am . signal light 20Am e.g.) then off SW disconnect battery and connect again to erase faults S.w on and check
The blower motor will run without the A/c being charged, check the fuse box under the driver's side of dash to see if there's a blown fuse. if not then have someone look at the heater's electrical system.
Look under the dash, for the fan motor,if you dont see it look under the hood ,on the firewall, or in the hearter a/c air box housing maybe the evaporator housing is there under the hood the fan must be close by turn on the fan and listen for its local. There may be something in the housing that is scraping the fan cage as it turns or a dry sleeve bearing, esp if you are needeing to change fuses often.
ok, does the heater hoses that goes to the hearter core on your fire wall get hott, if so heater core is shot or one of the hoses r pluged or the heat selector by your fan or under dash is shot... an if your fan dont run kick it or its seezed, or a fuse.... sorry i dont no wat else to say..
Relay for the heater fan is the most likely problem, replace the relay and if that does not fix the issue the problem could also be in the resistor pack for the fan control.
has your picasso got climate control? if so you probably have a faulty ignition switch
the contacts in the switch which supplies the live to the heater wear and cut the supply
