I have recently purchased car VITZ , also being sold has by the name of Yaris in Europe.

    It has automatic gear transmission

    P - Parking
    N - Neutral
    D - Drive
    R - Reverse

But its gear has also abbreviation like

    B- ?
    S - ?

Although car moves forward with these gears, but i wana know what is difference in driving on D, S and B modes?

I have recently bought a vitz/ yaris 2006 imported from Japan. Local dealers/ automobile mechanics have told me that S is for Speed i.e. you should ideally shift to this one when you cross 100 kmph. Another view on this ''S'' gear is for sporty driving overall when you can use a surge of fuel for higher acceleration.
'B' as I have been told is for driving in hilly areas on rather steep & continous inclines & declines.
Please do note that this information is from off the streets & cannot be authenticated from any toyota mannual yet. I with Toyota would itself offer english translationso of owner's handbooks online.

S is for Sport
B is for Brake

For more information on this please visit
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_transmission

I have got the japanese owner's manual for Toyota Vitz CVT-i in front of me p186. Have just translated the words Drive, Sport and Brake into japanese using Google Translation and it returned me the same japanese letter combinations (words) which are mentioned here with the letters D, S and B. Cheers :-)

S or SportThis is commonly described as Sport mode. It operates in an identical manner as "D" mode, except that the upshifts change much higher up the engine's rev range. This has the effect on maximising all the available engine output, and therefore enhances the performance of the vehicle, particularly during acceleration. This mode will also downchange much higher up the rev range compared to "D" mode, maximising the effects of engine braking. This mode will have a detrimental effect on fuel economy. Hyundai has a Norm/Power switch next to the gearshift for this purpose on the Tiburon.

Brake (B)A mode selectable on some Toyota models. In non-hybrid cars, this mode lets the engine do compression braking, also known as engine braking, typically when encountering a steep downhill. Instead of engaging the brakes, the engine in a non-hybrid car switches to a lower gear and slows down the spinning tires. The engine holds the car back, instead of the brakes slowing it down. GM called this "HR" ("hill retarder") and "GR" ("grade retarder") in the 1950s. For hybrid cars, this mode converts the electric motor into a generator for the battery (Regenerative Braking). It is not the same as downshifting in a non-hybrid car, but it has the same effect in slowing the car without using the brakes.

I suspect gears are arranged in the same manner as US-marketed vehicles, PRND21, with B and S representing a mid and low gear. Not sure where you are in the world or what the original market for the VITZ is, but the Yaris is sold in the US as well.

After stopping at a dead stop my 98 S10 has a hard time getting out of first gear to start up again. Maybe its the fuel line or I need a new stick shift.

Is this a standard or automatic? If standard, do you mean that it won't come out of first gear so that you can shift it to second gear? I don't understand your question. Need more information. Do you mean that it is sluggish and has no power? Do you mean that an automatic transmission won't shift?

After swapping Automatic vitz to manual , check engine light is always on

You might also have to swap the ECM (engine control computer) because most new cars also read readings from the transmission and because you changed it to a manual, it no longer gets readings it needs from the auto transmission. The only way to know is to hook the car up to an ODB II code reader or take the car to the repair shop and let them pull the codes from the computer and tell you if they relate to the automatic transmission. There is no way you can shut off the transmission side of your computer and use the same old computer that you used when you had an automatic transmission.
