NO POWER TO CIGARETTE LIGHTERS (BOTH) IN TOYOTA MATRIX 2003

Yep fuse more than likely a 10 amp.

it has 2 fuse boxes. one is in the engine bay and the one you want is
under the dash, left of the steering wheel.
you will need fine needle nose pliers, a light and your glasses.

Yes it can be Amp problem,but there are many other possibilities like loose connection,radio wires getting short.

Your radio does run off of the same fuse that powers the cigarette lighter and auxilliary power outlet. I would check the fuse again. It is a 15 Amp fuse located in the Driver's Side Junction Block which is behind the left kick panel. The fuse should be marked "Cig"

how about checking the fuse and wiring to lighter

Under the hood there is some. Not sure about your application, but it might control interior stuff too. It will be a bigger amperage than normally inside the car though

There are 2 fuses that powers the radio, cigar lighter, etc.
They are: the 10 amp "GAUGE" and the 15 amp "CIG".
Look under the dash, on the driver side. The "CIG" fuse is the one that you need to replace.
It is in the middle of the fusebox, bottom row. again, a 15 amp fuse.

Toyotas have 2 power wires one for the stereo itself and another for the memory. They are connected with other accesories such as the dome lights , cigarette lighter, etc. using the same fuse circuits. check all the fuses to the accessories and the radio fuse.If all the fuses are good it is a programming problem.I don't know how to program it.
