If you have heated seats then there is a likelihood that they are not turning off and can be difficult to tell or not when you get in the car and the sun has already been on the seat.
When they do not shut off when the motor is not running they draw enough power to drain a battery over night.
My 02 GTP had this problem and as a matter of fact it got hot enough to start burning me so I pulled the fuse. It is a 15amp fuse located in the glove box compartment, the diagram for it's location is on the inside of the fusebox cover.

My left rear window goes down, but not up. 2001 grand prix gtp.

That is usually an indication of either the motor has lost it strength and needs replaced or that something is binding the mechanism up.

2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp won't start- fully

You need a new starter solenoid. It is essentially a heavy duty remote switch that is activated by your ignition key switch. The solenoids get stuck or don't conduct well after 6 to10 years.

2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Rocker Panel Issue

There are some awesome adhesives on the market. I am thinking about one for boats and just remember "1500" as part of the name. With marine products you will not have any problems with moisture separating it so car washes will be okay.

I think its you alternator, the battery and alternator kind of work back to back with each other. I will take the car to shop that you know and can trust and have them diagnose the car all together. Good Luck.
