Mitsubishi Colt Cz3 1.3 2008 start problem in a cold seasons

Hello everybody!
I have a problem with my Mitsubishi Colt 1.3 Cz3 2008. During cold seasons I encountered with no ignition during start engine. On a dashboard all indicators continuously lit with a 'check engine' as well. And when I turned key to 'Start Engine' position there were no response from starter-generator. The Battery is Ok.
This problem was three times already. The first one just after 400km. Now Colt reached 21000km and this problem remains.
On a Local official Mitsubishi service centre diagnostic does not indicate any problems.
Please help to identify problem.

This dosen't help but.........
I have a similar problem. Every 4 weeks or so the car refuses to start. Again battery is not a problem but if we use cables to jump start from another car it starts fine.
Mitubishi cannot find the answer, only suggestion was to spend £150 on a new key , however the problem has now occured with both of the keys !

Fuel relay is the reason it wont start. The soldering is probably cracked somewhere and when it gets hot the metal expands and loses contact. New fuel relay from Honda was $70.
