Have a 97 crown victoria and everytime I turn a corner gas leaks out. have any ideas as how to figure what is causing it?

I would look under your car and look for gas stain's, it's either going to be the filler or vent hose's or the o-ring where the fuel pump goes into the gas tank.

    Could also be a crack at the gas tank.

Most likely the Idle Air Control Motor, but you could have other issues suck as a leaking fuel pressure regulator, bad EGR valve, or massive vacuum leak.

in warm weather it idles fine and run fine
now that its cold I have to hold at high idle to have warm up
for about 10 mins.

My crown vic is overheating mainly when i turn on the air but also my coolant is not staying in the car but i can't see it leaking anywhere it a 97
Maybe the reason for not seeing any loss of coolant could be because it is leaking internally, take it to a garage for tests.
