Yes, using a tire of a different size will likely set the lights. Not sure what your local emissions test requires, but I would not put a bunch of miles on the car with the spare.

they come on becuase the tire pressure is low or the the tire pressure senser is broke try checking tire pressure in all tire make sure above 35 psi this should ,ake it go out

The sensors are pretty dependable. You have to make sure that the tire pressures are on the money. Check the door jam for the correct front and rear pressures. Don't go by the tire, go by the door jam or owners manual. At times when the outside temperature changes a lot it can cause the light to come on.
You may want to check the tires for defects, punctures, or a bubble/s.

The ABS light is for the Anti-lock Braking System. The MIL will illuminate if there is a difference in wheel speed sensors signals to the PCM. So you might have a wheel speed sensor that is going out on you. Does the light come on at low speeds, or just higway speeds? You could take the vehicle to a local parts store and have them pull the codes for you and that will tell you which speed sensor is out of whack. Also road grime, dirt and gunk buildup can cause speed sensors to give false readings. Hope tihs helps you out.......
