I had this problem last year, it did it to me several times...It turned out to be the ignition switch. It needs to be replaced.

Ignition control module! It is located inside the distributor. I have a 1991 honda accord and honda had a recall on the control module. get your vin # nand call your local honda dealership and see if '99 had a recall too they will replace it free, if not mine cost $60

this is an ignition switch failure!! This vehicle is part of a 2002 recall. Call your dealer with your VIN# at hand for info and possible free repair. Hopefully this helps

to replace fuel pump you need to remove the back seat and there is an access hatch there

i doubt there is a recall for that problem. but a couple of good guesses would be ignition switch or maybe distributor. is the ck engine lite on?

you might want to check your thermostat or might have to replace the water pump.always start with the simple things first.
