To remove the factory alarm, you need to replace the body computer, and the engine computer with units that are not alarm enabled ($500). It can't be bypassed any other way except with ******* black market defeat devices
Raise the hood and look at the headlight assembly from the top, you should see a couple of pins to remove and pull them up...the headlight assembly should come out. then just remove the plug and replace the bulb
some times headlamp units have a plastic retaining clip on the underside of headlamp, does the headlight move from side to side? try to pull the headlight back from the top of unit then lift up the headlamp unit, if not it could be the headlamp adjusters holding unit in place.
open hood, remove radiator suport bar that has the hood latch on it. in the center above the grill there are 2 10mm bolts and 3 plastic fasteners with a pin in the center of them, pull pin up and remove fasteners. there are 2 plastic fasteners on each side of center piece i broke them off and replaced the with fasteners with push pin from auto store. remove 10mm and 13mm bolts holding the center support bar and 2 long 7mm bolts holding headlight assembly lift bar up and set on engine. be carefull not to scratch fenters or anything else with th end of bar. there will be just enough room to remove bulb. after you've done it once it takes ten minutes 2nd time. i just did my wifes 2 hrs ago. thanks gary j.
For the bulb removal follow these steps.
-Open the hood and look behind the headlamp assembly with the burned out bulb.
-You'll see a black plastic ring about 2 inches in diameter, rotate this a quarter turn.
-Unplug the bulb, gently pulling the clip up to release the bulb.
