It should be on the drivers side about mid way down the underside. Follow the fuel line from the tank forward and you will find it if you cant by just looking where I said.
its mounted to top of fuel tank , I just looked it up at auto zone library ,you can too ,it gives directions ,just go to AZ site log in and list your vehicle, and go to repair help then to fuel system. its all free and no spam . good luck.

Even though your vehicle starts and runs but dies, Your fuel pressure doesnt seem to be pushing enough pressure. It could be a faulty fuel pressure regulator.
Some of the Sebrings have two filters(one is called a sock). The sock(which all sebrings have) is located in the fuel tank itself on the pump module. If this model is the JXI then the external filter is located on the belly of the car between the tank and drivers rear seat. I hope I could help!!!
Commonly the fuel filter is in the tank and is good for 100k miles. You can call your local part store for a fuel filter listing but they will probably tell you that there isn't one.
