The bearings are inside the front hub assembly and are not changeable. You will need to replace the hub assembly on the side that is giving you the grinding noise. It would not be the cv axle cause the will give a clicking noise when making turns. just alittle peice of info.

How to remove the front left axel shaft on a 1993 buick park ave.

Basically, jack up the vehicle and support it on jack stands, remove the nut on the end of the axle, outer tie rod end and ball joint. Split the tie rod end and ball joint from the spindle assembly. Gently tap the end of the axle to loosen from the wheel bearing assembly. Once loose pull the spindle assembly outward while pushing in on the end of the axle. Once the axle is free from the spindle housing. Will need to apply gentle pressure on each side on the inside CV joint to get the axle to release from the transmission. There is usually a "C" snap clip on the end of the axle in the transmission which may make it a little stubborn to get out. Be sure to not damage the seal where the axle goes into the transmission or you will have a leak

98 buick park ave. shakes n shifts hard and noises, is this a transmission sensor?

sounds like a trans mount when they go bad it causes all kinds of shakes , have someone put in gear ,open hood,, watch motor. tell them to hold brake and give it a little gas .Don;t stand in front of car .....see if motor raises up if so replace all mounts motor included. this is a common fix on theses cars.

1992 park ave transmission slips fluid and

It probably did not slip before the fluid was changed I so the clutches are worn out and need to be replaced The worn fibers were still in the old fluid causing the fluid to be thicker filling the voids much better to shift. Now once drained and new fluid installed it slips

My 1999 buick park Ave. Superchared is very loud.

The L67 motor in the park ave ultras use a Eaton m90 supercharger. The coupler in the noise cone will go bad. Try replacing the coupler. Can usually purchase one for 40.00 from a shop that rebuilds them. Hope this helps.

I have a 1993 buick lesabre with 31000 miles. it has sat for a year, tranny slips in first gear only. i manualy put in first gear and gently give gas it will start moving when i hit 10 mph i shift to...

Might be a good idea to have fluid & filter changed, due to possibility of moisture build up etc. from sitting. Certainly the most inexpensive, and reasonable solution. Have all connectors removed & sprayed with contact cleaner too.
