How do you know what fuse blew???
Is the car not starting???
page 250 of your owner's manual shows the location of the fuse boxes. There is one under your hood on the driver's side and the other is under the dash just to the left of steering wheel. You will have to reach up to it and remove a cover. Pg 272, will show you how to replace the fuses. Page. 286-287 gives a diagram and description of each fuse and what part of the electrical system it enables.
Replace the starter relay. It is located under the small covered box under the hood. This may not be a simple fix due to the fact that the polarity for the entire electrical system was jolted by reversing the battery jumper cables during a jump start. This is a quick part to replace and is where you need to begin. Otherwise, you'll need to have someone check this vehicle.

There is no "starter" fuse. There may be a fusible link in the thick cable running from the battery to the starter. With a volt meter or test lamp, check for voltage on the power stud on the starter. That will tell you if you have a blown fusible link.
Which fuse did you blow? If you blew the fuse in line with the ignition switch, you would not be able to activate the starter. Do you have an electrical schematic for the car? How did you blow the fuse?

Can you start it? Did it discharge the battery?

I checked all my fuses and i don't know which is the starter fuse or where it is located
my car was being boosted and it was hooked up backwards and killed all the power to my car. One of the fuses was blown. and we replaced it but it still won't start. BUT i have some power back... lights and so forth, but it won't start
