2003 Trailblazer Ltz 6 Cylinder Service engine light on. computer said Map sensor and Cooling temp sensor I replaced Map Sensor and Cooling temp sensor will be done tomorrow Car lost all Power going up hill and dies down reaching only 1 Rpm.that is giving full Gas I could only drive on shoulder and had to fan the gas to get it going just a little. Acts like it is not getting air or not enough or to much fuel also has this squeal that sounds like it is coming from on top of Motor towards windshield in the middle next to Butterfly in that area. However the car idles like there is nothing wrong with it. Wen you put it in gear and give it fuel it starts to squeal and engine dies Rpm only reaching 1 rpm It does not have Vacuum leaks. Any Ideas?

try changing the air filter ,i had a problem ,at ilde in drive my trailblazer would stall, changed the air filter now it's not stalling and got my power back ,there is a secondary air pump that i have to change ,
not sure were it is ? still not running perfect but it's running better .and my service light is on too.
i got it put on scope ,it's the pump .
not sure if this helps ,but i'm start to run in to problems too,i have a 2004 trailblazer.
i like to do fix things myself ,i hope i can.it's the cost if you know what i mean.

it sounds like a timing issue

the throttle body is probably gummed up. You need to buy some throttle body intake cleaner and clean the throttle body. After you've cleaned it up, recconnect the battery and it should reprogram the engine's idle and your problem should be solved. It's pretty easy.
