Check compression in number three. You could have bought a bad engine. And yes. You need to change every sensor. If they don't match with the plugs. replace the engine. There is a reason for different engine codes. You should have stuck with them.

best answer here is that the sensors are not set for the poor quality fuel ( the octane ratine is probably to low for the ECM to properly maintain the air /fuel mixture ) you have the answer to your problem when you change back to quality fuel and it runs right. As a point of interest most small engines will not run right on e fuel mixes.

My 2003 suburban z71 flex fuel recently been acting up. While driving when start up its normal when down the road and it warms up it stalls and shuts off right about half on the thermostats. I let it cool...

It's something electrical or electronic . Check for spark after it stalls an before it cool's down ! Pull a plug wire an buy a spark tester an install the tester on a plug wire .Have someone try to start the vehicle . Could be a crankshaft position sensor . If there is spark buy a fuel pressure tester an test the fuel pressure . Have the vehicle hooked up to diagnostic scan tool ,check engine sensor data parameters .
