Check the heater motor hot lead as well as the ground wire on the heater motor they have common ground fault issues that result in bad / weak connections also check the fam motor speed control resistor located under the hood in the AC/heater box

Why does my fan keep running in my 2003 Volvo S 60 after the car is off?

It can be faulty fan relay. The relay is not turning the system off.Or its wire short issue.Even with ignition off ,the fan relay is getting power so its not letting the fan to turn off.Bypass the fan control relay and see if still the fan works with ignition off or not.

Heater fan not operating

Most of the time when a heater blower quits working it is the blower switch that fails rather than the motor. Blower switch can be accessed in the dash panel.

The blower on my a/c quits working, then starts again, then quits...and so on?? is my blower going out or something unplugged?

if it does this on any fan speed it is most likely a bad blower motor, if it inly while on a certin speed such as full high or full low it could be the fan speed resistor located right near the fan motor, screwed into the fan housing

My heater fan on my 99 jeep chereeke Larado does not work on high and the next lower squeeks so bad at first and then quits and does work but it's getting colder and I need the high to work.

heater fan relay i believe blower motor relay it controls the speed of the fan or your blower motor may have something stuck in it or its starting to go bad

It could be the relay for the fan motor getting hot from a short or just a bad relay

Heater Fan does not work

Sounds like the fan control knob has shorted out. You can check the fan "blower" relay and fuse in the engine compartment but you need to make sure the control knob is good or you will keep blowing fuses and relays. If your blower fuse and relay are good, then just have the control knob checked and replaced if needed.
