Something is wrong with the ABS system. After the ABS system runs through it's self check when you get moving, it find a fault in the system. Do you have a code??? Go to any good auto parts store that will come out a check the codes for FREE. Call them first.

Testimonial: "Thanks. Did you suggested, was asked change a small ABS fuse . Problem Solved."

Hi I have dodge grand caravan 2006 and on the dash borad the hand break and ABS light stays On all the time, can you tell me how to fix it plz i have checked the break oil level. Thank you

It is entirely possible for the break light to be on because the ABS light is on. The first step would be to see if there are any ABS codes. This can be done with a multi-function scan tool capable of reading ABS data/codes. An OBDII type code reader will not work for this.

Once you know what the codes are post them here and I'll be happy to help you further!

Instrument panel lights out on 01 Dodge Grand

These vans have had issues with the PIN connections to the instrument clusters. With time the solder on the main PIN connection will begin to fail. The good news this may be repaired at home. First you'll need to remove the instruments. To do so remove the dash components from around the instruments then the (4) screws) that hold the instruments in place. Carefully detach the wire connection from the back of it; take to a well lit area. Look for a PIN with a failed solder joint (this will appear as a slight black or grey circle. If found apply heat and let solder be gin to flow; the allow to cool and reassemble. If you look at my history you'll see I've helped others with this issue. 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan, the ABS light on the dash board goes on and off intermittently. Sometimes it stays on when the vehicle starts and it also will go on and off while driving. What might the problem...

It can be several things the ABS modulator, wheel sensors... I would bring it to the dealer and have them diagnose it, they will then retrieve the Abs DTC that your car is giving and pinpoint the problem, this will probably be cheaper than guessing and hoping replacing things will fix the problem!
